Thai Dynasty
Its name possibly kindles romanticized presuppositions of sheer scale and spectacle - the sobering reality, though, is that Thai Dynasty ain't no rambling F&B empire, but rather just a glorified serial chowmonger taking refuge in a pantheon of spiffy shopping mall foodcourts (we supped at Food Junction @ NEX on this occasion btw).
Incepted in April 2018, Thai Dynasty purports to serve quality authentic Thai fare whipped up by cookmeisters who hail from the land of smiles themselves, these including usual suspects like Pad Thai, Pad See Ew (soy sauce kway teow), olive/pineapple fried rice, Thai omelette, tom yum soup as well as mango salad.
What knocked our socks off:
We took to the consummately executed Seafood Pad Thai almost right away: eminently chewy, redolent Sen Lek or thin rice noodles cloistered with an indelible ocean brethren comprising springy prawns, cuttlefish and whatnot drew approving nods all around.

What didn't work out:
The Thai Omelette was very unfortunately some grotty, incorrigibly pinguid corpus which bled mere cheapjack vegetation when bitten into, talk about yuckity yuck yuck.
