Geláre
Founded in Western Australia in 1986, Geláre (derived from the Italian word meaning "to freeze" or "congeal" ) has over the decades become a F&B brand best known for its thickly-textured, creamier than usual gourmet ice-cream range and drool-worthy golden waffles baked by means of a traditional halal-certified recipe (these being attractively priced at a 50% discount on Tuesdays for the longest while). The dessert chain has since expanded its menu to offer soups, pasta dishes and various sandwiches.

Sampling and thoughts:
From attempting pleasurable stabs of the spoon at luxurious consistency to an actual oral relish of intensely rich flavours, Geláre tantalizes with its full-bodied ice-creams. Much credit goes to an advanced manufacturing process employing little overrun, because tactile sensitivities were sufficiently awakened and it was love at first taste. Pairing with cooked-to-order waffles plus choice of delectably sweet sauce drizzled over propositioned a homely contrast of both warmth and fluff we couldn't possibly refuse. (The rocky road option which includes a sprinkling of chopped cherries, peanuts and comes topped with marshmallows was particularly divine in our opinion)

We also decided to pursue their mains on a whim, and for a moment were in a state of extreme disbelief over how downright crappy the quality of food actually was. For instance, everything about the creamy mushroom pasta set screamed TV dinner: nuked spaghetti in frighteningly thick sauce, few mouthfuls of what tasted like Campbell's soup held in a modest receptacle accompanied by largely forgettable instant iced lemon tea.

The turkey ham and cheese sandwich was equally offensive - single slice of cheddar acted as a flimsy adhesive between grumpy folds of meat, greens and thick dry Focaccia buns, while a handful of potato chips became one sloppy replacement for the typical side of french fries. If ultra chubby "Rocket Man" dictator Kim Jong Un ever wanted to manufacture an excuse for lining up his chefs in front of a firing squad, this is probably it.
In conclusion Geláre turned out to be a mixed bag of truly sensational and tragically bad. Then again given things are split right down the middle, we reckon troubleshooting them mistakes is an obviously straightforward affair: just bin the hot meals nonsense altogether and folks will surely see the sun shine out of its ass once more.
