Bánh Mì Bé Bi

Bánh Mì Bé Bi (est. 2021) is as fair dinkum Vietnamese as they come: the owner, a certain Miss Tina, hails from Vietnam, her baguettes which piously abide by an intergenerational family recipe are hammered out fresh in situ each day, while pivotal sandwich elements including liver pâté and Nước Chấm vinaigrette -- pretty much convened from scratch too -- will, more likely than not, set one adrift on legitimate memory bliss of La Perle de l'Extrême Orient.

Cached within some droll little coffee shop that squats exactly at where Upper Aljunied Road intersects Jalan Mulia, Bánh Mì Bé Bi opens 9am-9pm daily, rain or shine. Bánh Mìs aside, there's mango salad, rice noodle bowls, assorted grilled seafood etc you may consider also delving into. It probably won't hurt either to know Tina's daughter slash most valuable kitchen aide, Abigail, happens to be a svelte, porcelain hottie who could give Snow White a serious run for her money. So yeah, feast thy eyes......before actually feasting away. ;)
