Munchi Pancakes
Nibble your way to ethereal contentment with hedonistically flavoured Min Jiang Kuehs, Munchies (Dorayaki-like rounds) and bric-a-brac from Munchi Pancakes, a flapjack specialist in business since 2016. Formerly Munchi Delights, it first germinated within Yishun Park Hawker Centre (stall still seen going strong as of this particular vistation), subsequently fortifying its presence through additional outlets - at Lau Pa Sat and Senja Hawker Centre, among several.
Fyi, MJKs (peanut, coconut, red bean, black sesame, biscoff) will set you back by $1.40-$1.80 apiece, while 'em Munchies (Belgian chocolate, matcha, Thai milk tea, Oreo cheese, strawberry cheese etc) cost $1.50-$1.80 each. Folks may also dither between three available skin types: original, charcoal as well as green tea.
Sampling and thoughts:
Of one trio of Munchies attempted therein, we gravitated most toward the Thai Milk Tea variant ($1.80), given some balmy, velutinous shroud of castella tootin' n oozin' plenteous molten saccharineness. Belgian Chocolate ($1.80) did predispose us to addictively cocaey, but returned error 404 apropos the Belgian bit; Matcha ($1.80), on the other hand, could do with being a trifle less mellow.
By and large, not too shabby for us. We can totally envision making Munchi Pancakes a regular thing in the future.
